Yes. Every product undergoes rigorous third-party testing before it is listed for sale. Purity and quality are verified against stated specifications for each batch. Corresponding Certificates of Analysis are available on our Lab Results page.

Lyophilized peptides should be stored at 2–8°C and protected from light. After reconstitution, refrigerate and use within the timeframe appropriate for the compound. Specific storage instructions are included on each product page and COA.
Yes. All temperature-sensitive compounds ship via FedEx 2-Day Air with temperature-controlled cold-pack containerization to maintain integrity from our facility to your lab.

Volume discounts are applied at checkout. Orders of 5+ units of any compound receive discounted pricing. For institutional or large-volume inquiries, contact us directly at research@gluumco.com and we'll provide a custom quote.

Due to the nature of research compounds — which require temperature-controlled handling and are subject to strict chain-of-custody standards — our refund and return policy reflects the scientific integrity we maintain across every order.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or reconstituted compounds under any circumstances. Once a vial has left our cold-chain facility and been received, it cannot be re-entered into inventory.
We will issue a full refund or send a no-charge replacement for the following verified situations:

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by FedEx tracking. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for review.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of claim approval and returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before the order has been packed for shipment. Once a tracking label has been created, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at research@gluumco.com if you need to cancel.
